Damn you, I hate you.

So I've moved back to my lovely XP build after having some issues with seven.

Great, but whenever I want to log-in, steam wants me to type in a code, sent in a mail. But the mail is not arriving!  :(

I know what you mean, I had it too.

It´s plain simple: The first time you do it, it takes steam a LOOOOOONG time to send that email.You should try it again this evening or next morning.

My password is fine, but SteamGuard is a douche and won't let me in until I get a mail with the stupid code.

I did this many times already with my account, so I don't really get it why I get no mails.  :?

Dude, download the client from Taleworlds and get the key from your game lists, right click on Warband and look for the serial key.

Log in on Taleworlds and go to "My Games", rest you'll figure out on your own.

Add Warband as non-steam game and voila, you have both your pallies and the interface. Just not achievements but there are like 2 MP achievements.

god damn i have almost the same issue, reinstalled windows, and after i enter my username and password , steam asks me to verify with mail, which i forgot password, and cant remember, it was 5 years ago.. i contact steam, and hoping for the best.. how long do u wait for response?

if that doesnt work, my char is going RIP

Well, you should try to download the game from Taleworlds website.

And erm.. if you know your CD key, the one with 4 chars, then you can play warband without steam.

If you have bought games on Steam with credit cards or got some other proofs it's pretty easy to fix it.

Took me 2 days after filling in the ticket/question.

They somehow sent an e-mail to my mailbox, so that I can log in.

Screw this e-mail provider, I'll change it immediately.
