one man try kick me (and 2 other man) from roof and then shoot in my back from crossbow. i return and kill him...and be banned. can i be unbanned ?

No. YOu'll be unbanned in 3 days. You broke the rules as well, as revenge-teamkilling/wounding is not allowed.
