Title: [Exploit] Under 25 no upkeep.

People are abusing the under 25 no upkeep thing.  What they do is they make a new character send it all +3 items including like black armor +3 plated charger ect and respec every time they hit 26.  Its pretty stupid that they don't get charged upkeep.

Um how do they get +3 items if they alts? I thought alts were excluded from marketplace.

Anyways, yes, it sucks, stupid NA we abuse everything.

People with extra CD-keys will get their main to send heirlooms to their other cd-key (below lvl 26 main). & Then use said heirlooms for free. No idea if people are actually doing that though, just my theory on how one would go around doing so.

Can't wait for a minor fix, was a great idea until people realized they could go around in milanese and plated charger 100% of the time.
