Title: Level 25 No Upkeep

Hey all.

I've been seeing heavy abuse of this myself; people respeccing when they get close to 25 to avoid paying upkeep ever.

This abuse results in the typical old school plate-wearing cavalry with morningstars and lances... they admit to respeccing to avoid upkeep, so I know its true.

This really messes up the balancing of the game.

I think to get around this, the no upkeep shoild go to level 15 gen 1, instead of 25. This means they can either use a plated charger and suffer in melee with poor armour, or wear plate with average agility.

Just a thought guys.
