I got poll banned a couple of days ago. I thought they were only supposed to last a couple of hours but I'm still banned.

You were banned for 3 days (by cmp), reason is team wounding peasants/cavs at respawn every rounds.

Deal with it...

Given his history, the ban has been converted into an essay ban, ttle "the importance of correct behavior in team-based games".

he has been banned like 7 times and he is still not permabanned? My opinon heshould be perma banned because it is obvious he has STILL not learned his lesson. And cmp I completly agree with him having to write an essay.

Does it not count for anything that this is my first ever ban in EU? Why was this changed to an essay at the last minute?

I never thought I deserved to get out of a legit ban. I had no idea I was banned by an administrator because a couple of mins before the ban someone put up a poll to ban me (which was like the third poll after two had been rejected). I wouldnt have even posted this if I knew I was banned in the first place and especially not if I would have to write an essay. There isnt even concrete proof I did anything to Elios. Why the hell do I get such a severe ban based on the fact that this is my first ever ban from the server? I only trolled NA in the past, I play seriously on EU.

Elios was so determined to ban me. He complained about it forever, put up multiple polls etc. Wasn't 3 days enough for such a small thing?

I think you should be permabanned without chance for amnesty. But devs are nice people, they let you scumbags run free even if you were banned dozen times previously...

^ I've been banned 3 times, all NA. I think 3 (now 5 days) was an adequate punishment for me.  Like I said, I wouldn't have complained about 3 days, or even a week. I just had no idea that the admin banned me, I thought more than 50% clicked yes for a poll to ban me that was put up. Its almost like this was a divine plan to have me permabanned, as things couldn't have gone worse lol. I would accept a "one more time and you write an essay", or "one more time and you are perma banned" but why change my punishment half way through? Not to mention, I never did anything serious at all.

I am truly sorry. If this is changed from an essay, to a week ban (so an additional 2 days starting today) I can guarentee you won't hear a bad thing about me again, on any server. My character, Smellmyfinger, is about to retire anyways, so its a good way to change name and start over with a clean name (no pun intended).

i'd just like to add that smell just came on the aussie server where i promptly tk'd him a number of times saying "Welcome to Australia"... he did not retaliate at all and i believe i even saw tears welling in his little weaboo eyes...

i say 2nd chance

Hmm not really, I  just meet you this week-end, at my expense...

Everything was done on the same map, after the second respawn injured by you, I did a poll against you, then another did the same and finally you got banned by admin.

I retirer this week-end to play as cav, and what is terrible as a peasant is to attract all retarded like you.

I can't understand that you are so stupid to start again, after being banned so many times.

But this guy don't deserve a permaban, only cheater deserve it.
