a man wearing black armor using a flamberge named Johan_ArGo was going around teamkilling in spawn for the first few minutes i was in game before being vote banned. he injured a lot of others who managed to get out of spawn as well. also, siege needs more admins, there were no admins on for the two hours i was playing in the early evening.
i didn't manage to get several screenshots as i was busy defending myself while near him.

While the screenshot does imply something fishy, without screenshots of the actual teamkilling going on or even the red text on the kill ticker showing his TKs, I personally would not feel right doing anything about this. If another admin has any insight on this user or has known this user to do this in the past then I will leave this up to them

I can only agree with Poophammer.

I say we keep a close eye on him and if he does break the rule, issue a full ban.

Saw him this morning on the siege server and he was fine. Not saying he didn't do any of this, but we will keep an eye out on him.
