Title: Banned without notice?

I don't really know where to post, it's bug report/beginners help/unban request.

My sister is very young and really hooked on the game, but don't really speak english yet, so I'm posting for her. Apparently she is banned from all the servers now even though her only crime is a bad connection. Don't know how this can even happen, though (it's her words), but any advice would be great.

And no, my sis ain't a troll!  :lol:

2nd tip, if she dont speak english, make sure she understand _all_ of the rules.

3rd tip: post her nickname ingame so the admin that banned her know who she is.
