Naked people should always have negative armor value no matter if they wear gloves/boots or not. Why I ask for this change?
Because it's stupid that a naked man can survive even one stab of a dagger, not to mention precise slash of a great sword right across his abdomen. Some of them need more than two hits and that's just ridiculous.

stupid

Naked people never survived my attacks unless it hits badly.

To be fair, I can take a couple hits from a level30 while butt naked.
-
Well I suppose you can, if str build. My current build would do exactly 65 damage to someone with no armor. But how many people with more than 65 hp run around completely naked?

Anyone who reads Conan books know that one hit doesn't kill.
And for RP reason, I'd like it to stay that way for my caveman. :P

hahaha silly baby man with dinky girly dagger cant even break the skin of real man, much less kill him!
-
If anything we need a torso w/war paint model that gives +10 torso armor, so we can RP our naked fantasies..

It certainly makes that day suck a lot though!

I assume every guy with 9 IF or more is bear mode; in which case you would definitely need 2 or 3 strikes to take them down.
Just think about how strong they are.

Oh, and by the way, earlier i forgot to mention this, but you can be slashed, and as long as none of your critical muscles get cut, or limbs hacked off, then you'd be able to slash back, and do the same, you'll both probably die if it's deep enough within a few minutes, but battle servers don't have infection or blood loss after the fight is over to kill you, so it'd still be realistic if you only get flesh wounds.

Naked people do sort of have negative armor, even now.
Or rather, if they have no armor, they will get hit for higher than weapon damage, thanks to power strike.
According to the calculator (http://infinitum.dyndns.org/crpg/calc.htm), a person with 15 str and 5 power strike using a 30 damage cut weapon would hit a 10 armor person for 46 damage -- so it's kinda like they had negative armor. The victim would need around 20 armor in order to reliably break even on the weapon damage in this case.
