I was just unfairly banned for 7 days by Fallen_tears_of_destiny for "delaying" 20 secounds into the new round, now my friends  This is not the first bit of unfair abuse (http://forum.c-rpg.net/index.php/topic,16037.msg228531.html#msg228531[url=http://This is not the first bit of unfair abuse) But this ban takes the cake as I was just out of the spawn gates when i was unfairly banned for a week, by the villain tears of destiny.

With dozens of my teammates still alive I was banned for delaying.

Tears of destiny has clearly gone mad with power and this unjust ban should be reversed TIA.

I had received complaints about you leeching in previous rounds on Steam. The instant I log in to the game I received three more complaints almost simultaneously that you have been leeching. Later an LLJK member even claimed that you were leeching by saying "If Gootee was banned for leeching then why not polo since they were together."

You do not have a favorable history on this subject, and have been found guilty of leeching/delaying countless times in the past on innumerable servers including The Official NA servers, EU Servers and Community Servers, 15 of which are on the Official NA servers alone..

Consider this your last warning. Further violations will result in a permanent ban.

After having contacted numerous other admins, the majority of the admins have decided to open this thread and give Goate a chance of clearing his name.

But it is important for you guys to know:

You have no proof that Goate was leeching and did not even attempt to go the extra mile and observe him. You want to know why I know this? Because he wasn't leeching.

I understand that Goate does not have a favorable history on this subject, but I would not be making this effort if Goate deserved the ban.
