Title: Add banners to spectator mode

When you go into spec mode it is hard to tell the teams apart sometimes, this comes in handy if someone is taking screenshots/video for a ban request or an admin is trying to watch for someone team wounding etc in spectator. Maybe something like the team's icons over the heads? Like blue team would have the blue team banner on, and so on.

This would be nice so I don't have to hold down B constantly.

Sometimes that doesnt even help because of the way the names get mixed up in a group of large people
