Hello, two guys started polling me for ban because they said i had too much ping, after that, one of my team started hitting me, Can you unban me from this server? and please, do something about it.

First up, poll bans are only an hour and admins can't do anything to release them sadly.

Secondly, the two players shouldn't be using polls to ban other people from the servers, it's clear that they were using the "ping too high" excuse in order to kick you off the server to have it to themselves.

Both players are new to cRPG (relatively new anyway due to the low levels of their characters) so I will not ban however if they do this again, please post again with more screenshots and further action will be taken in the form of a ban.
