I'm not going to bother with extra gold as I'm about to retire and do something else than crossbows in a while either way.

Im looking for extra gold because the arbalest is simply a more valuable and sought after trading item. The fact is I could sell the arbalest for 1.1 mil and buy an xbow for 900k or so. So yea... extra gold.

Regardless, you'll struggle for a long time to find someone willing to straight trade Arbalest for Xbow.
