Title: Character Transfer

Can i transfer character from my account to other account?
Maybe it is stupid but I have my brother character(now he have his own Warand).
I want give him back his acc and yes  i know, he can make another one(but for normal player next acc with plate and 4 gen is... hard)
And we have some plans in strat so i really...
If it is wrong place for that Mod (pls delete that and pm me)
