Title: characters disappered after reinstall

i recently reinstall this game after i did a system restore on my computer. the game is up to date and has the lastest crpg but my characters from my account are not showing up at all is there anyway to fix this?

Recreate your characters in the "create character" in game and make sure that the names are identical to those on the cRPG site.
