Title: spear+sheild build

Was looking at using the battle fork + knightly heater shield, but i'm not sure where to start with stats. Also wondering about the viability of having a backup 1 hander for this build. Perhaps with blunt/pierce for heavy armor. Basically looking for a cookiecutter for spear+ shield  or spear+sword+shield Any help is much appreciated.

cool, thanks man. i got a build but not sure what armor to use. right now i'm lookin at russcale and barbute. What is recomended?
