I do not have screenshots but i hope you can check the log. they killed me and banpolled me for being african on eu4.

I was on that server. I think it was my poll that was passed through. This guy ran around without a weapon after a LOT of people asked him to use one. He claimed he was "saving up for a weapon" which is NOT allowed after what the server rules says and what I have seen in earlier ban/unban threads. He also insulted people. A kick poll was put up, passed, he rejoined, gloated in chat (and I saw in chat/heard on TS that he still was weaponless), a ban poll came, passed, and he was banned.

Just my point of view.

i were not weaponless the second time, i just bought the weapon i saved up for. i insulted the ones who teamkilled me and did not get punished...

As I am a former member of the cochon squad (yes this is cochon not cuchon... bah np guy) and I was witnessing the act and listening what happen in our ts i can make a better ''résumé'' than him:

 one of our young recruit (Cochon_Maladroit_Wyviel) was swinging a bit randomly checking his skill and trying to get the block/swing thing (he was rather new like 4-5 day old of c-rpg) and then this unarmed guy pass near and grab a paintful shot that tk him. after that I heard in ts a loud: ''Merde!!'' wich, is the frech word for :shit. This wasn't intentionnal at all but our recruit make the error of saying oops instead of sorry so that guy take it very but very badly and started insulting all of cochon clan (check the spoiler above I have screen...)

the round after this same guy start yelling at us saying we were a bunch of tker... and he started to punch another cochon clan member(jack) (don't forgot all this time he was unarmed so leeching) but the thing is that he continue to punch him even if there was an ennemie near! so the cochon member take a risk and at hit him with a hammer to warn him(don't forget it wasn't the Wyviel it was Jack so he didn't catch why this guy was punching him). That hit sadly tk him (yes french hammer are in titane so they are very good)

and here is the third part a kick poll is initiated by one of our member, the kick failed by 4 %
then kisstuss(wich ingame name is more like africa_... (check the screen for more info) initiated a poll to this member (no reason here just a rage poll)
this poll failed horribely with like 20% of yes...
after someone else (a lyric member like I will never let you down) initiate a poll for kicking wich succeed with 70% (by the time everyone could see he weren't using any weapon)

after he came back and started insulting and etc... so a ban poll this time and he get banned.


So here the story in a long stand for short bullet point see above;

-cochon member tk accidentaly this guy and say oops
-this guy start raging and insulting us and attacking our clan member
-he get a second tk less accidentaly but he was attacking when ennemie was near so let say cochon forgot his hammer in his face...
-he rage more and more
-a kick poll fail
-he start a kick poll who fail
someone else, not even in cochon start a kick poll because he was leeching (no weapon) this poll succeed
-he return and rage and get a ban poll in return
-he got banned<
-he go there wanting to ban cuchon who don't even exist
-zapper go and expose his point
-he respond
-I respond saying that cuchon is in fact cochon, a whole clan... and exposing the story in a long way.


So here it's your choice to decide wich one have the rigth but before that i want you to check those screen of what kind of racist/deplaced insult we all got because of one accidental tk

so calm down on banning an entire clan because you get hit accidently while leeching unarmed by one of the recruit member who is almost new to c-rpg...

also look at you, you dare insulting us in a very imaging and racist way (''n*****rs who enjoy buttsex'') but say we poll ban you (this wasn't even us it was zapper as he himself said...) because you were african?? OMG be a bit more logical!

calm down and forgot all that, we will do the same on our side.

Banned for one day for chat_abuse and misregard for the rules. Lekis, you are quite a cRPG veteran already and you KNOW that you aren't allowed to spawn without a weapon. Your insults coupled with that warrant that 1day ban for me.
