just 3 min ago, i mean 18.16 gtm +2, he tked me at spawn flag on eu2.

First, he hit me. i write "?".

Imo, this doesnt really show anything except the message that he TKed you. It could have been midbattle, though I don't see any enemies nearby. Maybe he had the bannerbug? He'll get a warning this time. If it happens again, forced break for him.
