Title: Unban me pls Thomek

Thomek, my score was 7-2 and yeah, at the very end of the round as the flag was going down I spammed to kill some HRE guys and took out you and a templar, totally unintentional and a fail ban imo.

Even the Templar I tk'd is seen here acknowledging it:

meh, this is the modern state of cRPG I guess

oh and usually, a guy gets a chance to say what happened, and I was gunna type that to you and Lerva but suddenly find myself at homepage (the screen) xD

What happened to warning/kick/ban, or am i under false pretence that that exists?

Admins have different mindsets about what to do first. Some go instaban, some warn first, some go instakick as warning. As you are quite a veteran player and somewhat known in the community, you should know the rules. Thomek is rather strict in his dealings. His ban, his call.

Fair point about the rules, but I guess I haven't really needed to know them so well, seeing as it's common sense not to TK.  So when you write "flag spam" and are about to write sorry and the admin in charge is an "insta-banner", well, I guess i had bad luck this time eh.

It was only a 1h ban, so you should be unbanned by now.

Some one *cough* Lerva *cough* told me it was 7days (cos I couldn't see ban time), so I made this post...

Wouldn't have needed to for 1hr  :shock:

Well you know the rules. I got complaints on you teamhitting, and afterwards i see 2x teamkills from you in short order.

Mindless spammers with huge axes will get bans. And you should know better.. Next time I see you being careless expect a harder reaction.

Using plural?  Like I said, positive score, why would i randomly teamhit? nice evidence.

Being careless is part of life sometimes, and if you'd take a moment to consider the circumstances, ie in this case, flag was right at the bottom and i went for 2 HRE guys then...well it's not in my opinion a bannable offence.  But you will doubtless stand by your decision making, and you have the backup of other admins/devs, i can't argue with that. But the threat at the end? gimme a break.
