Title: Safe loom point trade

When a player becomes 31, there should be an item-like loom point which can be transferable within marketplace. So when the loom is bought, the character will automaticly retire (Meant skill/level wipe). The people who buys loom point can do whatever he wants with a simple heirloom button like chadz did in character recalculation.

We can add items "item to gold" now. If we can add "gold to item" its possible.
