uses 1h wpf or 2h wpf? no shield.

If you use it with shield it uses 1h, you get 30% damage and speed penalty for using it with shield
If you use it without shield it uses 2h wpp, you get 30% damage and speed penalty fo using it on horse

If you use it with shield on horse, it's 1h wpp, 30% damage and speed penalty. (they don't stack :D)
