This was in regards to KC_Thorin getting banned. He purposefully TKed Thorin and now he purposefully TKed me. The admins online aren't doing anything about this so I'm taking it here. Now you see Thorin wasn't the problem.

Dont start a ban poll for me then screeny me shit talking you because your just mad your boyfriend got banned. This idiots just trying to get me "revenge banned" or something im assuming.
TK was an accident, i appologised, get over it and stop trolling.

I have seen R_Kelly troll a few times but nothing major though I wouldn't be surprised if he did do this.

Wow, that's well pretty harsh considering no definitive proof of tks. One of them is just a log and that could be ANY kind of accidental or intentional tk. And If you look at the First SS very easily that tk could be accidental, considering there's still two enemies there fighting.
Also, I'm pretty sure if you look at the log posted, voteable bans was changed and r_kelly was laughing that someone who attempted to ban him got banned for it.(You clearly see someone state WHY? just before the vote bans get changed with no answer) Someone Obviously was in the wrong before hand and is now trying to make sure that the OTHER person gets it.

Eh, perhaps. I just see it as not definitive enough. I also stated you can see why he's trolling in the removal of vote bans up above the beginning of R_kellys tirade.
(though I will NOT deny he's a troll, I've just had far more reports on community of him doing shit and it being false, just because people know they can get away with it due to his name. Much like how Allers and Miley back in the day were kicked/banned just for being on the server cause they were known, even if they didn't do it.)

I can understand the concerns, considering the evidence posted in the thread is not philosophically waterproof. That said, it is my understanding that at least two other admins were online at the time of the incident, and they both expressed their opinions, which were in line with my own.
A judgement call was made. In any such call, you have to weigh the chance of letting a guilty party off without punishment versus the chance that you're punishing an innocent person. In this specific case, I feel that a ban was warranted.
That said, I will give R_Kelly the opportunity to appeal for a shorter sentence via PM, again subject to judgement. For now, I am locking this thread.
Feedback is always appreciated, and can be directed through PMs. I believe I have been reasonable.
