Hey thk made a server from jestservers and i was wonderin how to fix the crossbow problem also how to access the batch file

so what is the crossbow problem you are speaking about? and how to access batch file? hum be a bit more precise and people who know how to do it will help!

WHAT IM TRYIN TO SAY IS ON MY SERVER U CANT RLOAD CROSSBOWAS AIM TRYIN TO FIX THAT BUT I CANT SONT KNOW HOW TO ACCESS BAT FILES

..why are you paying for a server then?
