Title: PIN system

Anyone know if the PIN system works yets or matters when you join a new server?  I was told that it was to work with or replace banner balance a looong time ago.
If it does impact gameplay, is there a way to reset it?

It doesn't do anything for now, it's supposed to work with Battlegroups balance, if it ever gets implemented.
