Title: Alt Marketplace use?

Just wondering if you can use the market place on an alt character that is not STF?

Delete your main and create a new character. Designate character as new main. Any characters listed as an Alt is permanently an alt. There is a
Loop hole that will allow your new character to retain the items of your old if you have a trustworthy friend, but admin may smack you, so don't try it if you find it.
