A little description from my experience with the weapon:

Probably the best support weapon is the game. Over-heading through teammates is taken to another level with this weapon. On top of that, the pole-stun is insane (You can get an over-head and a thrust within the same pole-stun.)

You sure have great taste. English Bill and Hafted Blade are both extremely good weapons. I would've liked it, but alas, I don't really have anything I would like to trade.

I offered him all kinds of things + a good amount of money...... and he said no.. apparently he wants two mws for it or something..

No, you overprice your looms to make it seem like they are expensive. I'm not an idiot, I know prices.
