Why is auto-balance in EU battle servers so unbalanced ?

Why is auto-balance in EU battle servers so unbalanced ?
It's quite a complicated system, in that it has to take into account the varying levels of the players and a few other factors which just aren't present in Native. However, it can never actually take into account players' skills at the game, or indeed the few extremely high level players who won't be balanced unless they're on their own against the whole other team. *cough* _TheFinn_ *cough* =D

Is it possible to make 2 balances instead of 1?
Making first balanced after first round like normal then 2nd round it plays normally and after 3rd round you would get another balance which should be plenty of time to see if teams are balanced or not k/d wise.

Hell, I think we should have a balance every round, based off score. Dunno why it goes by K:D.

Balance system will be changed with next patch. Lets hope it will be more effective then the current one.
( I know, it's a shame that I have mentioned the word "effective" and "current balancing system" in one sentence =( )

Currently it's more like a autostacker.

Ballance should take into account both the scoreboard and the classes, so that the cavalry doesn't end up stacked in one team, for example.

I agree with that, which is why I fished it out of the forgotten posts. Mostly to show the devs that even a year later the problem persists..

I always felt the auto-balance was a sentient being that made up the rosters of teams based on its hatred of players. Banner balance has tried to offset this but only fuels its hate.

I dont know how the balance works on high player count servers like EU_1, but it works just fine on EU_4, most maps end up with 4-3 or 4-2 scores.
I hope that if they do try to "fix" it, that they will be smart enough to revert if it it is completely screwed up.

Auto-balance = put all the best players on one team and compensate the other team with more 0-kill players.
