Title: Can't make multiple trade choice on marketplace

I'm trying to exchange a commoner's practice longsword for a thick guard helmet or a thick splinted leather greaves over mail or a thick plate mittens or a monetary fee and it doesn't works, only one choice appears and nothing happens when I create the others.

Also, the commoner's practice longsword I've bought does not appears in the heirlooming section... Any help?

I don't have anything for the first part, but if you have a regular practice longsword and a commoner's practice longsword you have to sell or trade the regular one first to heirloom the other.
