Title: Arrow stun

So at distance I see that it is stunning people, but since the patch point blank arrows seem to have no stun component? I used to be able to fire into someones chest from 5 feet and stun long enough to switch to melee, but they are ignoring it now at that distance. Anyone else notice a change?

I believe it has something to do with the amount of damage. If your arrows do very little damage or not at all then it wont happen or something like that.

If arrows are reflecting by armor - then here is only sound effect (sometimes even no sound... but looks it's bug) and no stun.

I think the amount of damage delt is the decider of stun. If shot in the chest by a weak archer while wearing plate i will not be stunned but if shot in the face i will recieve much higher damage but be stunned
