I've noticed this too...I think its a certain culture that is doing it.  It's in another shop as well...Vovka's.  You offer a perfectly good fair trade, and he's like "sorry, i only accept trades with gold."  What?  Ok, I'll give you 3k then.  "oh no, i meant like 50k."  WTF?

Fair is fair.  These people are not traders...they are not interested in moving merchandise.  They are not interested in getting interesting and useful items, and letting other people try new items as well.  They are not interested in fair deals at all.  They are only interested in getting as much e-gold as humanly possible and hoarding it.  They are a scourge upon the trading forums of crpg, and an enemy of humanity.
