The combat doesn't look anything like Oblivion or M&B. Also very early in development - it will either take forever for this game to come out or it just won't ever see the light of day.
+1 for trying to be a sandbox though.

LOL @ Kenshi being like Mount and Blade, it's a point and click RPG based in a post-apocalyptic weeaboo world, you do not control one character like in Mount and Blade and you most certainly don't fight with your keys and buttons.
