Title: Name Change

I lost power this afternoon shortly after retiring (tropical storm Irene) and was unable to affect a name change within the one-hour time limit.  I input a name change anyway but it's pending review and will probably be denied if I can't get in contact with whoever oversees name changes.  And that brings me to my question; who do I PM about name changes?
