Raxmus has been running about with no equipment hiding until he is the last person, then running away from everyone, clearly leeching.

He just spams voice commands and runs away from everyone.

Rock are a valid weapon and thus is not leeching with no equipment. I don't see anything wrong with the second screenshot, though the first does suggest leeching but also is a viable sniping nest for a range user, of which he is due to being a thrower.

Is there anything else you can add, or anyone else that can confirm him leeching before I make a decision?

I didn't get a screenshot, but as I was leaving he was blocking a doorway and kicking team members.

I have no other evidence.

he was body blocking and generally being useless when he was on our team today.  Screening people so they couldnt see what was in front of them.

Raxmus has been issued a 2 day ban for leeching plus 2 days for previous leeching offense plus 2 days griefing.

EDIT: and for some reason it will not allow me to enter that ban after multiple attempts. Will try again later.
