I am a dedicated Arbalester with 180 WPF, my usual KD is no less than 3/1, sometimed it is 14/1. If I fight for your cause, how will I be rewarded?

might want to keep up with your merc roster.  If i've applied and you havent responded by the time I goto bed, I aint gunna bother to set an alarm or wake up in time to check if I was accepted or fight for you.  This is the way of Vikings.

And I wont bother applying to fight for you in future battles if you wait 20 hours to fill your merc roster.
