Basically I have mine set at GMT-7 (CST) and thats the correct time. The calculator for Startegus time limit to attack says GMT-5 and I cant change that number, so i am not sure if I should put a number that is for example 11 pm at GMT-5 time to get 9 pm my time or if i put 9 pm it will be 9 pm my time regardless. Everyone I have talked to has said the time is off by exactly 2 hours like mine.

strategus time is NOT GMT, its GMT+2 which is like German time zone or something. All in all its pretty poorly worded in both respects

yeah when someone figures out the way it works let me know.

This is correct. Kesh, the -7 offset that you have set thus results in GMT -5, because the server time is GMT +2. The Strategus time and the cRPG time are correct and the same.
-
either change everything to reference GMT or make all references check your offset (which should also be GMT) so that everyone is on the same page
-
so did anyone figure this out yet?
Is it (12:00 GMT) +/- X or 12:00 (GMT+/- X)

Go to c-rpg.net and click on the Settings tab.
Adjust your offset so that the "According to your current settings, the time where you live is: XX:XX:XX" is correct for you.
Set your Strategus Night Time to whenever you go to sleep and set the duration for up to 8 hours.
Never worry about it again.
