If our clan like to attack a small town, and no other clan have that town, how many men should we attack with and how many weapons?
Is there more we should bring?
-
There's no villages owned by no one.

You'll want at least a thousand troops and as much gold as you can gather.
Then, take that army down south to where there are a bunch of towns owned by guys in green. Those guys are a bunch of my old friends.
Attack by going to your strategus news page, and transferring your troops and gold to the town. This will initiate the attack.
Good luck.

There are three sizes of fiefs in Strategus, villages, castles and towns/cities. All of the villages are currently owned by factions, and the castles and towns which aren't owned are currently being eyed by the factions owning those villages for the most part. In order to take something, you'll really need to pick a faction you can take out, or make a deal with one to share land.

okay, so i dont need any construction material`?

You should really read the strategus faq, and also realize that there are a lot of big clans out there, so you might want to start slow by becoming a vassal or ally with some of them first. Good luck!

No, unless you want to build the catapult or siege tower...
Read faq, really, it is not easy to take the fief, castle is even harder, and noone have taken a town yet. Population of the fief/castle/town will act as troops defending the location. It means that is the location has its maximum population (500 for fief, 4500 for castle and 20000 for town) you have to have at similar or preferably higher amount of troops to win. Plus equipment - you need equip for EVERY single ticket - i.e. if you have 1000 troops you need 1000 armor, boots, helmets, and weapon... For that you need money :-)
Area is "divided" between clans, so even if certain location is not taken yet, you may expect it to be claimed by one of the clans. Life is hard in Calradia :D
