Just wandering how you go about buying a loom point? how is it put into your char? or do you put it on the item you want to loom? :?

You have to find someone who has one for sale, first.

After that you'll have to agree on the price, and if he/she can heirloom the certain item.

Yes, you have to send the "seller" your item to heirloom it, because points are bound to character, while items aren't.

After that the seller will send you back the item via trade.
