Title: Can't change village hourly visiting fee

When I try change hourly visiting fee from 100g to 80g it says

Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in /var/www/crpg/webcrpg/strategus/news.php on line 154

I tried other values too but I keep getting this same text. It worked normally before this new patch
