Sadly some dont realize that faction owning a fief is loosing 24 troops every 24 hour for pickups, so no point in going out of fiefs to buy troops.
Unless there is 400+ troops or so.

If I go to Dhirim or Revyadin don't I run the risk of being attacked and losing troops, and also lose troops every 24 hours for delivery?

Basicly your not going to sell your troops unless you go directly to the people next to it. Point thread is pointless.
