Whats with the laggy unreal, spastic , anti gravity movements and jumping .Any changes in the future ??
Every freaking mainstream wow & darkfall clone have the mach 3 humming top and bunny hopping thing .What makes this game (combat system) unique ? The mainstream factor :?:.Since the december patch the mod goes from unique medieval combats to just another bunny hooping wow/darkfall/bf2 clone .

Where did you play?
Are you sure you are talking of cRPG mate?

"Aww, our village capturing plan was thwarted by a 50 cm fence."
"Yeah, but it's a price I happily pay for not playing a WoW/Darkfall clone."

"Combat Jumping" has traditionaly been a problem in any FPS. AA3 dealt with it by making objects such as walls, fences etc "climbable". If you come up to an obstacle that you can get up on, then you are allowed to climb or mount it. This solved the jumping while firing your M-16 issue.
Personally, I don't find bunny hopping to be much of a problem in this game. The bunny can usually be sliced in the air. But Bronze has a right to bring up this point without be ridiculed and labeled a troll.

Except his point is that since the december patch cRPG has become a WoW/darkfall clone due to bunny hopping...Either he is a troll and deserves the ridicule, or he actually thinks his comparison makes any sense at all and so deserves even more ridicule.

Bozo is totally right! No one should be able to jump in this game...or run, or walk. Everyone should be frozen in place. Otherwise its just not fair :(

Bunnyhoppers bunnyhop in FPS games because they are (or they think they are) harder to hit that way. No such thing in M&B, jumping will only make you easier to hit.

Actually, jumping can be useful when you have to go backward or forward very fast for a short moment. And in some extreme cases, it is possible to ninja-dodge 2h swings of people hiding their swings in the ground too much. Really worth the risk given the epicness.
Against range, however, jumping is useless (on foot; on horse it's a different story).

Haha you used bunny hopping in BF2 as a complaint? Did you even play that game? One of the long term complaints about it was that you couldn't jump over walls that were the height of your knees

I see what you did there.
I played BF2 and the stupid prone jumping was all over the place. Don't spread false information.

Honestly, in BF2, insta-crawling is a much more viable tactic than jumping.
And... if you know how to play as a team or how to use vehicules properly (the realappeal of BF2 IMO), you won't have to fight jumpers anyway.

Yeah, I know. RPK-s with insta-prone were pretty much sniper rifles.
And yeah, after that, heli and jetwhores come in. Some people were virtually immune to fire because they evaded everything.
