Hello guys
I want you to vote on whom is right, Phase or Izatopia (from brotherhood)
As some of you guys know, that me (phase) started brotherhood up. And when i left it i wanted to take a couple of members with me, which is include my "nearest" "friends" in the clan. Quantum,Assprober and Tzar.
But after a while i realised that Izatopia (current leader of brotherhood) hates me for "destroying" the clan. Because i left and took 10 people with me (WTF. 3 players turns into 10???? damn the 3 players are worthly xD)
Well now is Phase conclusion: Even if i want to destroy the clan, its up to me. He cant say anything about it. And i only took 4 players out of 25 (FAIR?!)
Izatopia's conclusion: You can't make a clan and then fuck it up afterwards, you cant recruit people after you gave the clan to me.
So izatopia now blames me for destroying his clan (QQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQ CRY MOAR)
So now we want to make a vote with votes from other people :P
INPUT: Can you really believe that izatopia thinks he gets a clan i builded of for 2-3 weeks and he can have it all in 2 seconds? xD xD 25 player, clan name, reputation in 2 sec

If he created the clan, he has every right to make a new one/end it upon his leaving and take whoever the hell with him he can, if he wants. If you want to take on the clan instead of it being destroyed, then it's up to you to persuade people to stay ect and follow under your leadership.
Unfortunate, but that's the way things work. I'm with Phase on this one, taking people with him is nothing wrong. (from overdriven)

I think the simple conclusion drawn from this is that two kids should never make a clan with their friends and then fall out.

first of u took 4 players with u and i even had to say stop to you befor u stopped and the rest 5 guys left because they thought the clan would fall apart
second how can it be ur clan if u left it? so how do u think u got the rights to destroy it?
i had to take charge of the clan since no one was in charge
and when we talking over steam u called me inmature? then what the hell is this?

i can destroy whatever i made up, and i didn't plan to take destroy brotherhood (it was already destroyed)
i wanted to take the good people and nice players i had in the clan with me, i just want to have more fun with them

I guess I should post and try to resolve this argument before it goes bad, especially on the forums. First of all I must say izatopia, not all of this was Phase's idea, the decision lay with the leader (Phase) and his second in command (me). The decision was made to disband the clan due to the current state of our plans in strategus, I suggested leaving Strategus until the new strategus was released. Phase pointed out that this would be bad for the clan, as without the clan battles it would be much harder to have clan battles arranged. Without the clan battles there would be no reason to be active and the clan would start to go even more inactive, which is the reason we left DenBitre after all.
So the choices presented to us were to join another clan; which had the same goals as a clan as us, or disband the clan and all go our separate ways. The earlier proposition would keep the most members together. Phase presented me with the choice of which clan (Shogunate or 22nd), to which I chose the 22nd. However I acknowledged that not all of our members would be looking for such a serious clan, I then proposed to Phase that we take the members who wish to join the 22nd and give leadership of BrotherHood to a willing leader, so that the clan could live on for any who don't want to follow us.
I hope this answers any queries you have iza, it should clear some things up. Hopefully you will not blame Phase alone since some of the decisions were influenced by me. You and Phase got on fine when in BrotherHood, there is not good reason for a feud to continue over this. You have continued the BrotherHood further, you arranged a clan server, a clan website. All this was not for me or Phase; I have commanded in battles and I do not enjoy it in Warband, especially when I have other things on my mind. You have done well iza, just Phase doesn't like it, I can see his reasons, he has school. I could not take over either, since I am a theoretical physics student at university and in term time I only have weekends completely free. You seem to have a little more time for organisation.
N.B Next time, please don't feud on the forums, what else is steam chat for?

I dont understand what the issue is, The only thing i understand is that Phase quit his previous clan and took a couple of members with him, whats the problem? Cant you quit/join clans as you want anymore without it being treason or whatever?

Diggles left DL and took some of our higher ranked and most valued members with him, like Zylo and Beefy, and also some other members as well. Since then, they've all come back on the team speak and played with us at least once as friends, with no trouble, save for from one or two members. There's no reason to get angry at eachother for going their separate ways. The other guys chose to leave, whether or not they were asked, the choice was ultimately theirs. You cannot pin all of the blame on one person. Maybe if your leadership was better they would have stayed, and maybe not. But it doesn't matter. People choose to move on sometimes, and you need to get the hell over yourself.

He's our mexican, so he used native tags. Hawk = archery, Cmdr = commander. It's not really that weird :P Mr. Smurf. lolol.
