Title: Change arbalest into actual siege weapon instead of just high-end crossbow

The weapon formerly known as the Siege Crossbow/Sniper Crossbow is at the moment, I believe, just a step up from the heavy crossbow. With perhaps a larger or heftier-looking model, much higher weight, vastly increased damage, and extremely slow reload time, the arbalest might becomes a weapon that needs extremely careful application with team's defending them. Just an idea... this is the suggestion's corner after all.

cahnge it for +1 light xbow and 25k gold?
