Title: Where did my "watched" status come from?

Seriously, I got this "watched" thing for losing my cool in my original admin abuse thread after a while it disappeared, now it's re-appeared with no message or reason for it being there.

I suspect bullshit.

I highly suggest you rent that Will Smith movie, Enemy of the State so you can figure out how to ditch the surveillance!
