He is one of my clan member.I am explaining his problem here with eu1 cRPG battle server!
He cannot enter the server if it has more than 100 players.Even if he can enter,he is kicked by no reason.We see,there is no kicker and I wrote here to your info.Because of that,he plays generally in eu2.Hope this problem will be solved,if there is a problem.Thank you

He is not banned, so dunno why he get kicked. (Does he get instant kicked or just sometimes?)
When the server has reached the player cap of 120 players, the server automatically sets a password so that nobody can join ... the pw lasts until the player amount have lowered to 100 again ... then it gets removed. -> This might be the reason why he cannot join sometimes.

Does he have an brother who is playing too?
If yes, thats the problem
