Hospitaler don't own a town so they cannot kick you!

I'm sure some of your neightboors will be interested once you spend that 20K tickets (and tons of gold)!

Do some research on who their neighbors are.

Hospitallers are part of the Northern Empire, so ATS and TS are their neighbors. I don't think they have much to worry about their Alliance attacking them :?:

We are all neighbors, Calradia is so small!!

LLJK could send some troops via fallen's land once Hospitalers took the town... sure their allies could help them, but with a coordinated attack on other spots this could be succesfull.

I remember fallens took Grunwald to templars, when templars were at wars with 22nd/drz, they kept the castle until the end of first strat.

I'm not positive, but I would imagine holding a town would be a bigger priority than villages or castles. And taking back a couple villages for recruitment wouldn't be too terribly difficult either (assuming that all our villages were taken over, which wouldn't happen).
