Title: Changed Name - Help

I retired and changed my name. I now can't log into the cRPG website. What do?

Do I use my new name or the old one (even though I've tried both).

You have to request a namechange on C-RPG website too, not just change the name in-game.

I'm confused. I done it on the website. I retired then went to settings and done the change name option there. That's everything right?

the login is your account name, which stays the same. I was stuck as well, but i used the password recovery ingame, using the thing where you make a character named sla_pwr_ something or other.
