Title: Strategus factions on map

There are A LOT OF FACTIONS and a little colours  :mrgreen: so we come to situation where 4 factions have same colours and now you cant know which is which so instead of those coloured squares , would be nice to have faction insignias,
a small format picture with coat of arms of faction which a faction would have to give to the dev who works with the website thing and he would add it to the faction who requested it. Doesnt seem like a big work for a websitehandeling dev.

This could be a good addition to the eye candy plug in. Anyone know the creator of that?

This would be cool but at the very least can we have it so that you can see the faction who owns the fief in the info screen regardless of how far away the village is from your line of sight?

It's not like its some information that needs to be kept secret by the fog of war or anything.

not possible, the info doesn't exist to do that programatically currently

A far simpler solution would be to give the owning faction's name on a mouseover event or just make it to where when you click on a town name, it gives certain information like population, army, gold, and name of owning faction

mouseover idea is great and kinda goes without saying...but should have to be in range to see certain info like troops/population/gold etc

I started making a strategus factions map picture (just for the hell of it) a while ago that would be easy to update daily with faction flag buttons instead of coloring in territory.  It's currently in a rough stage and abandoned, but I wanted to try and make it look like a board game or something similar to the campaign map in a Total War game.

I put question marks over unknown factions on the map link above, is Pecores one of those?  Links to better screenshots of characters in their faction uniform (isometric perspective against lowest possible detail green grass) and info about current alliances/non-agression pacts ect would be helpful as well.  PM or posting here would work, thank you in advance.

Also, could you get me Mélanie Laurent's phone number?  I need to ask her something real quick.
