That first one looks awesome! I'm not really a good designer, so i can't point out any constructive criticism, but i generally like them.

1st is quite nice
2nd looks a bit too small and the colour don´t match withe the one of the armour
3rd is ok, but maybe it looks better with another armour
4th the armour looks nice (except for the shoes) but the helmet is a bit strange, it looks like my old moped helmet.

You've just pointed it out.

The helms seem to suck because they're paired to wrong types of armor.

Well, if I cover the armor on the last pic the helmet still looks bad, imo.

Last armor is made by same guy who made the plate, the transionnal, the Rus and the corrazinas.

What are you guys on about, the last armour looks great, but it doesn't fit with the helmet and the cRPG "timeframe" (gunz).

Its a 3/4 plate, no arm protection, the different color part is cloth.

i wait for the landsknechtstyle armor since i saw it in the osp...armor + kuhmaulschuhe (cowmouthshoes?) + possible the burgonet for it (in osp too) a pike and a short sword best would be katzbalger and we have a landsknecht

I want that last body armor. Been waiting for a "Heavy" Pikeman armor for a while:

visitors can't see pics , please register or login


And out of timeframe? We already have pikes and other items which are "out of timeframe". Ninjas and Samurai do go nicely with the Knights though.  :P

pikes aren't out of the timeframe, they were used by the scottish a lot.

Point was that cRPG never was about historically portraying anything seeing all the warriors we have now. So denying nice new armors because they were used later or earlier then others already in makes no sense really.

well actually the last one is a spanish renecains armor..its a half armor and the shoes are special spanish shoes worn in this time period. the clothing is of course very multi coloured as it was trendy in 16/17th century =P

burgonets with buffe were also popular during that time although i guess they werent worn without almost full protecting armor because of the visor..

People seriously saying stuff is out of the timeframe for Calradia?
Calradian technology is not the same as Earth Technology, it has a unique and separate timeframe, otherwise how to you explain the multi-cultural technology ranging from the 10th to 15/16th century?
I am pretty sure Gothic Plate alone says to even the most historically dense folk that something is amiss...

I'd say the cRPG timeframe, Calradia is set in 1257.
