I think one of the big pulls for laying waste to a castle in the old days was so you could rape their women.  Devs should look into rape rewards.

Pretty sure the countryside and the surrounding villages were for that, castles weren't manned by women.

I agree, rape incentives would give me more reason to continue a siege for two hours.
