Title: Shogunates are the new Fallen ?

I heard there were some troubles in the Shoggie Paradise and a good number of their members are not using the clan tag anymore......apparently some "differences in opinions" among their leaders.....i recon some things were too much even for their own members:

I scratched my head the first video I saw of Shogunate and not all of them were wearing asian armor.

However ALL samurai were heavily trained and proficient with bows, so it makes sense.  They just wouldnt kite people like fallen cowards, they'd bonsai charge when enemy got close

Ya but their Berserkers were so epic in Conquerors expanson. Dammit they had fkin healing over time ability!!! Plus very nice dmg. And some of the best boats LONGBOATS!

When I was hungry and stopped playing, instead of stating it in the chat I simply used the "I need food" thingy and quit the game :)

The Koreans are the ones that are really OP. The tough as hell war wagons, the +2 range siege onagers and the turtle ship. Those siege onagers outrange ungarrisoned castles, bombard towers and regular towers. A combination of war wagons and siege onagers can wipe an enemy very quickly.

Talking about OP AoE II nations..

I remember one faction had a stupid camel rider unit who was throwspamming his own double swords.. "Mamlukes".
It was damn near unstoppable, I got bored of those and left.

Those middle eastern nations have those damn annoying Camels which are basically pikers on horses. Damn the amount of dmg they cause vs enemy cav + when they're Heavy they do pretty well vs non pike inf.

I really liked Persians howver. They got a incredibly powerful special unit however. I love defense and they lack Fortified Walls.

Almost as bad as Goths who only got PALLISADE WALLS! Wtf gtfo...

Although I only play AoE 2 lan, I've heard there are still possibilities to play this game online. Maybe we should organize a match with other cRPG players, see if there are any badass AoE players in this community.  :wink:

I'm at an higher level than all of you weaklings! I'm the most superior and leet AoE2 player there is and your PC would get a BlueScreen just by my prescence.
