Title: Because they are banned?

Hi I am new to the game by 2-3 days.

Until yesterday everything was fine then suddenly I was kicked out of the server.
From last night I tried again to reconnect and I just outside mirrors and low in red tells me I'm bananto from the server.
I might know why?
I can no more access to EU servers and I would like to know why.
I have not insulted anyone, also because I am Italian and I do not know anything because I'm writing with an English translator.

I look forward to answer and I really hope they unban since I spent 24 euros and was bananto without knowing why.

I thank you for the simple question and from what I understood I was banned because I stuck my teammate?
Excuse me, but I am new to the game and if it happened has been in the fray in combat, or with arrows thrown at random.
This game is hard and difficult as trying not to hit allies in a fight.
Excuse me, but I do not deserve in my opinion this ban since they are new and therefore can be difficult for me to understand how the fighting.

You were banned for trying to kill a teammate (22nd_earl_gabe), not in the middle of the fray, but when it was just you and him, no enemies around . Unban is scheduled for tonight at 2 o'clock.
